Shopping Guide

All our items are 100% genuine & authentic, and are directly imported from Europe. We provide a 100% money back guarantee should our items proven to be counterfeits.

All listed items are subjected to availability. Items availability is based on first come first served basis upon payment except for Pre-Order and Special Order items. 

If you are interested in an item which are not listed on our site, please do not hesitate to request for a quote using our Order Form and check on the box for "Special Order".

Order

To place an order with us, please fill up the Order Form, or alternatively you may email us the following information:

Note: Customers who made order for Pre-order items please indicate at least three choices (first, second & third choice) for your orders. 



Upon receipt of your order, we will respond within 24 hours to confirm your order. Any amendments of order should be performed at this stage before we finalize the transaction. 



After we have confirmed and finalize your order, we will reserve the item(s) for you for a maximum of 48 hours for payment transaction before releasing it to other interested customers.


Please be informed that all sales are final upon order confirmation and payment. Items sold are non-refundable/returnable with the following exception:
      1.  Item has proven authenticity issues
      2.  Mismatched orders.


Payment 

Payment is expected within 48 hours of your order confirmation.  Should we not receive payment within the 48 hours reservation period, your order is considered void and all items listed in your order will be released to other interested customers.

Full payment is required for all ready-stock items in order for us to ship your order.  

A 50% deposit is required for Pre-Order and Special Order items in order for us to process your order.  Deposit paid is not refundable and will be forfeited should one decided to cancel the order thereafter.  We will constantly update you on the status of your orders, and will notify you once your item has arrived.  We will then inform you on the details of the final payment, and will arrange shipment once the transaction is completed. 

We accept following payment methods: 

      1.  Direct bank transfer or online banking via Maybank 

      2.  Direct bank transfer or online banking via CIMB

     

Please inform us after you have made payment by emailing us a screenshot of your payment transaction in order for us to expedite shipment of your order. 





Shipping & Delivery

We provide free delivery for Malaysian addresses except for P.O Box.  Deliveries to International addresses are available at a minimal fee.  Please do not hesitate to contact us for a price quote. 

Insurance for your shipment is available at a minimal fee. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a quotation. 

Delivery of orders will be done within 24 hours once the final payment is received. Orders and/or payments that are confirmed on a Saturday / Sunday / Public Holiday will be posted out on the next business day. 

A tracking number for your package will be emailed to you on the same day the package is posted. 

For international shipment, customers are responsible for any custom fees, duties and other taxes determined by the receiving (your) country.  BAG IT QUICK is not responsible for these customs fees and cannot reimburse customers for any customs fees charged by your customs agency. 


As we take extra care in packaging your items, BAG IT QUICK shall not be held responsible for any losses/damages to your package(s) that took place during delivery.
