Do you sell only designer's products, or more?   
Items that you see at BAG IT QUICK are designer's items, high street brand names, or house brands of British upmarket departmental stores. 

Are your designer's products authentic? How can I trust the authenticity of your goods?   
Fear not! All our designer's goods are a 100% genuine, or your money back! We take pride in providing you with authentic designer's goods at the best price that we can offer.  You may bring your purchased goods for authentication at the respective brand's retail outlet for a peace of mind. 

Any proofs of authenticity for designer's item? 
We will provide all add-ons (dust bags, paper bags, authentication cards, etc.) of your purchased products where and when applicable.  But of course, all available authentication proofs will be listed on our posts in our product description. But if you still need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

But where do you get your goods from, and at such good bargain?  
All our European designer's goods are purchased at, guess where, Europe! We work hard to make sure you get your dream items right from the source without you breaking the bank . Our prices are guaranteed to be lower than retail prices in Malaysia for every brands and items that we carry

What's with your Ready Stocks, Pre-Order and Special Order items? 
Ready stock items are goods that are currently available on hand, and can be sent right to your doorstep once all transactions are completed.
Pre-Order items are specific products that we listed on our webpage that are not currently available on hand, but we will be getting them in for you should you place your order before the closing dates for pre-orders.  Pre-orders are opened only during specific times of the year. 
Special Order items are usually very specific items that customers requested for, that are not listed in both our Ready Stock and Pre-Order lists of goods. As we do special runs for Special Orders, a service charge is chargeable per item per order for all special orders. But please do check with us for a price quote :) 

I've got an item that I really wanted, but it's not listed on your site. Can you get it for me? Will there be any extra charges?  
Sure thing! That will be categorized under our Special Order items. Just give us the details of the item that you'd need us help you get (the brand, item code, color) and we will source it for you.  There will be a one-off service charge that will be charged to you, on top of the cost price of your purchased item. Please contact us for a price quote on the service charge, and terms and conditions are applied for Special Orders.

How long am I required to wait for my order to arrive at my doorstep?
For Ready Stock items, all goods are available immediately, and we are able to ship it to your address within 24 hours after we receive your payment.  
Pre-Order items, however,  require a longer waiting time as we need to ship the items from the United Kingdom to Malaysia. The estimated waiting period for Pre-Order items is between 12 to 15 business days from the day we close our order taking for Pre-Order batch.
The estimated wait time for Special Order items is between 12 to 15 business days from the day we confirm receipt of payment for your order. However, if you require the product urgently, we will then make a special arrangement for an express shipping to cut down your wait time. Please be informed that there will be an extra charge for express shipping. 

Okay. I bought this item from you and I am having second thoughts about keeping it.  Can I refund it in it's original state and packaging (still brand new and untouched)?
Unfortunately we do not do refunds, returns and exchange for all completed transactions - not unless it is a proven authenticity issues for designer's goods or we accidentally mess up your order. All sales are final once your order(s) is confirmed.  

Where do you ship to, and what are your shipping charges? 
We ship to any addresses within Malaysia (except for P.O. Box) for free with every purchase. 

Do you ship outside of Malaysia?
International delivery can be arranged for a minimal fee.  Please do contact us for a price quote should you require international shipping services.
